Burgerati Chronicles: Raoul’s

1976, Prince Street, SoHo

Now say it more French like this …

Fast forward to 2015, Raoul’s debut bar burger is the new NYC burger darling and ground-beef brethren to the classic restaurant’s most famous dish — using the seasoning and side salad from their steak au poivre on a brioche bun.

Offered exclusively at the bar during dinner service, only 12 available per night.

Also served in the dining room during brunch; early arrival is recomended.

Raoul’s is always a good time– hits across the menu, the best martini in SoHo, and the kind of service that keeps an NYC restaurant open for decades.
